This is a fine aquatint, in original colours, of the Brighton Suspension Pier (or Chain Pier) which was built in 1823, and destroyed in a storm in 1896.
This print is after the drawing by Fox, and was published circa 1829 by C & R Sicklemore, Brighton. Old Hogarth frame.
