An original antique Japanese woodblock engraving, signed by the artist and print maker Miyagawa Shuntei (1873-1914). Published in a series Yukiyo No Hana (Flowers of the Floating World)  Published circa 1898 by Akiyama Buemon, Meiji period. Printed in up to nine colours as is usual with woodblock engravings, with some embossed patterns highlighted with mica giving a silvered effect. Original colours. Some small paper thinning. Mounted. Unframed.
