An antique, hand coloured, steel engraving of Markly House, near Uckfield in East Sussex. It was the ancestral home of the Darby family from 1819 to 1939.
Under the title is printed 'presented by John Darby Esq'. John Darby bought the property in 1819 from the previous owners.
